Gaspares joins all the other great eating places in Old Town Parker and further makes the area a destination place for Parker residents and the nearby area. Gaspare's Bakery is A+ for Cannolis, Tiramisu, Florentines, Breads and many, many other daily specials and the Pasta, Lasagna, Insalates and other Italian specialties are awesome. The bakery and restaurant is located in the front section of Victorian Peaks.
